2.4 Project documentation

Reflection

Think about the activities for the project team

  • Why is documentation important?
  • What things are documented?
  • Where to store documents?
  • How to deal with different versions

Attention!

Traditionally, project documentation has been stored in various formats in data warehouses (Office 365, Google Docs, Dropbox) or so-called to the "corner of the plate" from which they are viewed or edited as necessary. The OPF project framework used in the exercise is practically a document repository, as a result of which all documentation can be easily found in one place.

The contents of the project folder shown above can be found in the gitlab project you used in the exercise
