Design thinking is a powerful methodology for solving complex problems by focusing on human-centered solutions. At JAMK, students are introduced to design thinking in their first year through the Innoflash course, where they tackle real-life challenges using iterative, creative, and collaborative approaches. As students get the opportunity of progressing to the WIMMA Capstone in their upcoming years, it is essential to build upon the foundational skills acquired in Innoflash and elevate their application to more complex, real-world scenarios. Here’s how we can align and integrate the learning from Innoflash into the WIMMA Capstone environment:

  1. Innoflash introduces students to IDEO design thinking toolkit, one of the pioneers of design thinking. It offers a comprehensive tookit for educators, organizations, and individuals.
