WIMMA Capstone has opened doors for students by bringing specialists from across the software industry straight to them - from Gofore and Pinja to VALTRA, HYVAKS, ISTEKKI, and Locotech. These talks give students a direct line to people doing the work every day, turning classroom theory into a real sense of what professional life actually looks like. The exposure to industry practices, expectations, and culture has been one of the most valuable parts of the program - the kind of worklife readiness coursework alone can't provide.
